This page contains the list of all the users allowed to access the back-office. For every user it is specified name, username, to which company and group he/she belongs to, and if he/she is active or not.
There are six different groups, which have different restrictions of the back-office functionalities.
If a user is not active, he/she is no more allowed to access the tool.
Clicking on the edit icon you can change the data displayed.
This page contains the list of all the groups available. "Administrator" is the user group with the complete list of functionalities.
Clicking on the edit icon you can see a page with a tabs menu. Under the "Permissions" tab you can see the list of functionalities which the group can see.
In this page it is displayed the list of all the resources available.
A resource is a word or a sentence or a group of sentences which can be differently used in the tool screens. They are, for example, text of
instruction for questionnaire completion, text of instruction for other steps of the
submission, texts of the menu and so on. Tipically they are translated in all the available languages of the tool.
Every resource is identified by its own key. The resources are divided in different groups. The "Complete" column shows the completion of the resource translations.
Clicking on the key you can see the translations of the resource in every language. Here, clicking on the edit icon, it is possible to modify the resource text.
