- Questionnaires / Competence Models
Here is displayed the list of all the questionnaires and competence models included in the tool. Clicking on a questionnaire (or competence model), the entire questionnaire is displayed grouped by areas, competences and behaviors. Here it is possible to modify or to add another language translation to an area or a competence.
Clicking on a questionnaire some buttons are available.
This button shows the real order of the
behaviors in the questionnaire (
behaviors are displayed with the area and the competence) and it is possible to change it.
This button allows to export in an Excel worksheet the questionnaire.
During the completion the questionnaire is shown ordered by area and competence. If it is desired, it is possible to show questionnaire with
behaviors shuffled. This button shuffles
behaviors of the questionnaire in random order.
The tool organization provides that
behaviors are disconnected from questionnaires, i.e. there is a set of
behaviors which can be used in different questionnaires. It follows that during the questionnaire editing it is possible only to add a behavior from the collection, while it is not possible to modify a behavior.
Selecting a behavior it is possible to define for which
respondents category it will appear in the completion. To exclude a
respondents category from a behavior completion it is necessary to remove the check from the box.
In the "Questionnaires / Competence models" page you can add a questionnaire by clicking on the "plus" button. When creating a questionnaire it is necessary to add at least one area and one competence under it, in order to add behaviors to the questionnaire.
Here you can duplicate a questionnaire from an existing one.
