Submission tabs

Modified: 2014/04/30 15:10 by Chiara.
Once a submission has been chosen among the list of the current/archived submissions, it appears a tabs menu.

  • Submission: containing general informations about submission

  • Reports / Group reports
In the page "Reports" you can specify the sections desired for the individual feedback report, such as the Cover, Introduction/Index, Definitions, OverAll Performance, Self Vs Other, Specific Questions Results, Highest Behaviors, Lowest Behaviors.
Similarly, in the page "Group reports" you can specify the sections desired for the group report of the submission.

♥ Column "Id previous submission": in this column you can specify the number id of a past submission in the report section "SelfVsOther". This section compares the average value of the self-evaluation with the average value of the evaluations provided by the other respondents for each competence. It is possible to make a comparison for every competence with the results obtained in a previous submission (having the same questionnaire and submitted to the same people of the same company).

♥ Column "Options": in this column you can add a column to the table in the report section "Specific Questions Results". In this column it is possible to insert one of the following data: the standard deviation, the agreement index (i.e. a number between 0 and 1 which expresses the agreement between respondents), the range (i.e. the minimun and the maximum values given to the question) and the norma.

  • Participants
In this page is shown the list of all the participants to the submission. For each participant it is shown the name, if his/her report is shared with the direct manager, if his/her report has been published, the number of times the report has been downloaded (Views), his/her company, his/her competence line and business area, his/her matriculation number and country.
Clicking on the pdf icon the participant's report will be downloaded.

  • Respondents
In this page is displayed the list of all the respondents of the submission. For each respondent it is shown the name of corresponding participant, his/her name, the respondent category, his/her language (this language is the language used for all the email communications) and his/her email address.

The checkboxes "Requested" and "Approved" are meaningful in case the respondents list is compiled by the participant and it needs the direct manager approval (requested means that this respondent has been inserted by the participant, approved means that the respondent has been approved by the direct manager).
The checkbox "Sent" indicates that the respondents have been invited to the submission compiling. The checkbox "Filled in" indicates that the questionnaire has already been compiled.
The checkbox "Cancelled" can be used to cancel a respondent. Clicking on this box the respondent will be ignored in every report and in every further email communication.
In the column "Alternative expiration date" it is possible to give the respondent a different date within which fill in the questionnaire.
Lastly the column "N° logins" tells obviously the number of logins done by the respondent.

Icons:
♥ "Wrong email notification": sends an email to the participant to warn him/her that the respondent email address inserted is not correct.
♥ "Re-send email": resend the invitation email to the respondent.
♥ "Edit": allows editing of the respondent's data.
♥ "Delete": deletes the respondent.
♥ "Login": allows to log in the tool with the respondent's credentials.
♥ "Delete risposte": deletes all the respondent's answers to the questionnaire.

  • Email templates
In this page there are all the email templates of the submission. Here it is possible to add a new template or to edit an old one; taking care to explicit the email type, the language and the respondent categories to which it is directed.

  • Allowed categories

  • Users

  • Upload respondents
In this page it is possible to upload together a set of participants and respondents of the submission from an Excel worksheet or a .csv file.
