In this page it is displayed the list of all the respondents category available. Clicking on one category there are all the translations.
For every category it is specified the respondent type in a dropdown list. The respondent types available in the system are three: self, boss and others (which includes all the other respondents categories).
In this page it is displayed the list of all the email templates available. Clicking on the edit icon it is possible to modify the email template, the respondent categories to which it is intended and the submission types in which it will be used.
The first box "Body" contains the html text, which can be displayed both in html (second button down left <>) and using the editor (first button down left).
In the second box "Body" there is the text of the email without any syle, which can be generated from the html text using the button "Generate from html".
In both texts it is possible to use some tags (like %participant%, %submission%, %cutoffdate%, ...), which will be substituted with the current values of these fields.
In this page it is displayed the list of all the countries present in the database, specifying the ISO code. Clicking on the edit icon it is possible to modify the data displayed.
In this page it is displayed the list of all the companies registered in the database. For every company it is possible to upload a logo, which will be displayed in the report cover and can also be used in the welcome page of the
questionnaire.
Clicking on the edit icon it is possible to modify the company name and logo.
In this page it is contained the list of all the people whose anagraphical data are registered in the database. The page shows people name, email address, language, gender and birth date as well.
The email address is the primary key of the crew table; that means that there can not be two different people with the same email address. Moreover,
if you change the email address of a respondent with another one in a submission, you will attach this respondent with the anagraphical data of another person.
Clicking on the edit icon it is possible to modify some data displayed. It will also be displayed the submissions list in which this person appears, both as
participant and as
respondent.
In this page it is displayed the list of all the report sections available for every submission type and every language. For every section it is specified the report type, i.e. if it is for individual or group report.
Clicking on a report section, you can edit the report title and its short and long descriptions. The short description appears in the report index, while the long description appears at the top of the corresponding section.
In this page it is displayed the list of all the behaviors present in the database. Since behaviors are disconnected from
questionnaires, you can add or modify a behavior in this page.
For every behavior it is shown its type. The behavior type specifies the kind of question the behavior is (e.g. behavior, open question, familiarity/agreement, pipeline, ...).
Clicking on the edit icon, you can modify the behavior.
For the behavior type there are four boxes: behavior, high rating, middle rating and low rating. "Behavior" contains the question itself. The ratings (high, middle and low) refer to the bars questionnaires.
For open question type there are two boxes: open question and time2change. "Open question" contains the question for every submission type except of time2change type. For this submission type (evaluating the change) the question is contained in "time2change".
